• Approval of the Minutes of the 2016 AGM
• Report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors
• Presentation of the Annual Financial Statements as at December 31, 2014
• Presentation of Nominations Committee report
• Election of Directors
• Presentation of election readiness plan
• Other business as required
